First buyer
Worked with Chris on buying my first home, he explained the process, answered all of my questions in simple words and we were able to complete just in time, so that my move wasn't stressful at all.
Chris also proactively helped to deal with the questions from the mortgage lender regarding my residence history which helped us to save time.
Definitely recommend!

Sale and purchase of properties
Going through the conveyancing work is always a bit stressful but thanks to Chris, it was painless.
We could go to completion as planned and Chris was there for us all the way long to help and explain everything.

Excellent service from Chris Howe And team
Chris Howe and his team made our first home purchase experience an incredibly transparent and stress-free process. Even though there were some issues on our seller’s side, Chris never failed to communicate in a timely fashion with us. He is patient, kind and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for anyone considering.

Buying a property
I had a great experience during the process of buying my first property.
Chris and the firm were always disponibile, had direct communication and was given very sensible advice throughout.

Excellent service - would highly recommend Chris and his team!
I cannot praise Chris and his team (Sam & Ruth) enough for their work on my house purchase. They were fantastic from start to finish and really went above and beyond to ensure I got my house. Due to the sellers solicitors delaying the transaction (at times deliberately!) it was an extremely long and stressful process (over 7 months for a no chain purchase!) but Chris and his team did everything they could to ensure it ran smoothly (including sourcing documents themselves that should have been sent by the other side!). Communication was excellent; they would give me regular updates and I felt well informed during the whole process. It got extremely stressful towards the end as my mortgage offer was expiring (during a time where mortgage rates had trebled!) and again Chris and his team went above and beyond to secure me an extension on the mortgage offer and get the purchase completed. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my conveyancing needs.
