Property sale and purchase
We recently instructed Jorga for the sale and purchase of our property- we had no less than 5 star service throughout the whole process.
She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and supportive which made a very stressful process much easier. Everything was dealt with quickly and explained fully, even my estate agent commented on how fantastic she had been.
I would highly recommend her to anyone and would certainly instruct again in the future.

My experience with Abbot and Hill has been a very good experience. Alex had taken care of every eventuality regarding my divorce in the uptmost professional way. He had provided regular updates, and a swift service. He had made me feel calm through the whole process and delighted it only took a few months to get all this behind me. I'm am very grateful and recommend his services for anyone going through a divorce. He is very up front and will tell you exactly how it is going to turn out, every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to thank you all for your help you provided with the sale and purchase of our new home.
Nnenna was our appointed solicitors and we can not fault the time and effort she went through in chasing our purchasers and our vendors to make sure we met completion prior to the stamp duty deadline, along with claire who kept us updated through out.
only part was the delay to the local authority searches but this was due to the mass influx of the property market transaction.
again thank you all and we will 100% be using your team for all of our future legal matters

I strongly recommend AVOIDING this company at any cost- they do not keep their promises and do not communicate to clients properly. Everything started very positive and promising. The paralegal Summer was replying to my emails even outside of the working hours but this quickly ended. I appointed this company in the begging of April as I’m buying a property in Chelmsford. Summer were sending me the searches in different times and at some point I stopped receiving any updates (18 of May was my last email from the paralegal). My first attempt to get the update was on 30.06.2021-I’ve emailed her to call me and let me know where we are in the process. No one came back to me so I called and spoke with Georgina, she advised that Summer is on holidays and I’ll get a response soon. I’ve been waiting for the reply and emailed again on 15.07.2021 as I haven’t received any response. I called in. The secretary put me through to my actual solicitor Charlene who promised to reply to my email next week and give me a full report on the situation. Two weeks later I still haven’t received anything from Charlene and had to call back again. The secretary put me through to Charlene who promised to send me the update within one hour. Today is 4th of August 2021 and I still haven’t had any update on my property situation from them. I thoroughly regret appointing this company and I have no idea if my mortgage offer expires before they even get back to me. I recommend NOT to use this company. They’ll make you feel lovely at the begging and will be very efficient until the moment you hired them. Later you will be waiting for their response for ages. Shame and disgrace working with them!!!!!!! You’ll get just frustration and irritation from using their “service”. AVOID them at any cost.
