Rachel was extremely patient with us and our expressed frustration at how long our process of sale was taking due to our buyers solicitors. Rachel did her upmost hardest to get us to the end of our sale and completion, whilst dealing with a difficult solicitors herself on our buyers end. Rachel insured we did not pay for unnecessary requests and only advised us to pay for those necessary requirements in which we needed to complete the sale of our new build home. I would recommend Boys & Maughn solicitors firm, especially if you are hoping to sell a fairly new home, as Rachel knew exactly how to handle estate management companies also.

Conveyancing solicitor

Boys & Maughan made selling my home an easy process. Friendly, Approachable and guided advice made things a lot simpler than I imagined.
Yes, there is lots of paperwork to fill in but a friendly voice was always on the end of the phone when required. Highly recommended.

Sale and purchase of property
Rachel was easy to communicate with from the start, kept me fully updated as we progressed things and handled everything efficiently so that I didn't have to chase or wonder where things stood and the matters proceeded to completion in a reasonable timeframe.
