I can’t thank Luke enough for the incredible support he gave me during an extremely tough legal battle. I was remanded and facing a serious GBH charge after an altercation and had been advised by another barrister to just plead guilty because it looked like a lost cause. Luke stepped in and completely turned things around. He went through every second of the CCTV footage and found a crucial flaw that completely changed the direction of my case. Thanks to his dedication and confidence in fighting for a not guilty plea, I ended up with a plea deal for a much lesser charge and just a community order. I walked out of custody the same day. Honestly, Luke has been my go-to for any legal issues, and he’s always been there right when I needed him. I genuinely don’t know what I’d of done without him. If you need someone who’s going to go the extra mile and actually fight for you, he’s your guy.

We had a situation with our son resulting with his arrested for a number of alleged offences. We met Luke Jameson from Hine Solicitors as the duty solicitor and he instantly put our minds at rest. Having never dealt with the police before either myself or with my son it was a hugely scary experience and Luke guided us through with a reassuring hand. This situation carried on for over 18 months culminating in him being changed with a lesser offence than originally arrested for. Having been given under 14 days to prepare Luke jumped into action and through some excellent advice and legal expertise the CPS offered no evidence at trial and my son was acquitted of all charges. I really cannot thank Luke and all at Hine Solicitors enough, a fantastic outcome.

I contacted Luke regarding a driving offence that I was wrongly accused of and he listened carefully to my case and offered really helpful, low cost advice. He seemed to really understand my case and was very supportive. The end result was that the case was dismissed and I never had to go to court after he wrote a letter to the police. We used Luke Jameson at Hine Solicitors recently for a drving offence that my daughter had been wrongly charged with, specifically driving whilst using mobile phone (she wasnt, the Police were mistaken). Out of many Solicitors contacted by phone, Hine Solictors and Luke was the only one to really listen and understand and offer a practical inexpensive approach.
