Fully professional approach, communication in timely and friendly matter. Despite my case with house transfer was difficult, Karen Gleed (Swindon Office) and her team handled that well and were able to finalise it. Karen Gleed helped me get through this transaction when at times there were challenges. Karen was very friendly and provided a common sense way forward which saved a lot of time and likely expense. Karen's no-nonsense approach and friendly nature was really welcomed and she was very responsive when things were urgent. Really appreciated this through to the final day of completion.

We cannot recommend Karen and the team enough. We used Hine for a recent house move and the level of professionalism is second to none.
