My case was addressed very quickly with clear instructions and advise. Communication was always prompt and precise in what was asked of me. The Solicitor representing me on the day was excellent and was immediately reassuring in their confidence of decision in defining what precise action and legal route should be taken, in order to best achieve the desired result. This was achieved and the whole process was therefore a success but more so, the entire experience was made far less of an ordeal by their professionalism and too the personal care I felt as their client. I can't thank Karen Gleed enough. We worked together on the sale of my flat for around 6–7 months, and what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into one of the most challenging experiences I've ever dealt with. Our first buyer withdrew due to personal circumstances, and the second buyer's side of the transaction was, quite frankly, incredibly difficult to navigate. Buying and selling property is stressful at the best of times, but this sale took things to another level. Communication from the buyer's side was often slow, enquiries would arrive by second-class post without any notification, and when emails did come through, they frequently seemed focused on assigning blame rather than finding solutions. Throughout all of this, Karen remained professional, determined, supportive and positive. Her calm approach and confidence helped keep the entire process moving when it would have been easy for things to stall. Her communication was exceptional, responsive when needed, proactive when it mattered, and always clear and concise. Karen knew exactly what was required at every stage and never lost sight of the end goal. Her knowledge, experience and can-do attitude were invaluable throughout the process. If you're looking for a solicitor who will fight your corner, keep you informed, and remain steadfast even when a transaction becomes exceptionally difficult, I would recommend Karen without hesitation. Incredibly difficult to get hold of... unnecessarily holding up the transaction with no explanation or updates at all. Simply making things 10x more difficult than they need to be.

Highly professional and efficient in conveyancing for our first home. From start to finish, communication was informative, concise, and we never had to wait very long for a response. We felt well guided throughout the minefield that is buying a first home, and valued as a customer. As a bit of constructive feedback, the only bit that could have gone more smoothly was in having to twice re-sign the mortgage deed, due to signing bits that we weren’t supposed to, so a bit more pre-warning of this could have saved some stress. However we expected to encounter far more complications than this, so for the process to otherwise move forward quickly and smoothly is a testament of their skill and guidance. Note that our lead conveyancer was not based in the Oxford branch, but this had no negative effects, and we were still able to drop in physical documents here. Thank you so very much to Natalie and team for doing such a wonderful job for us.

I want to thank Mr Rumahn Hanna from Hine Solicitors, Birmingham for standing by me and representing me in court. He is not only an excellent solicitor but also a genuinely nice person who made me feel supported and understood. Absolutely useless!! Can’t even get a call back as I’ve asked for! , 2days I’ve been waiting and 3 calls I’ve done!!! Receptionists are just way nosey. And want to know your business that you should be talking to a professional solicitor that is qualified to help.! AND DUE TO THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION I HAD MY DOOR CUT OF WITH A CHAIN SAW AND WAS TASERED !!! No thanks to John berry.! They just try to wind people up. Obviously not interested in helping people. Fuming. Plus crown court asked to to call a solicitor and they no! I could go on all day about problems that are needed to be solved in court.!!!!
