I found the staff I dealt with very professional ,understanding and charming. However I found some of the paperwork long winded and needed to search online for what some of it meant.! I think the legal profession has it's own language. The other issue for me was I never met anyone face to face and all done online/phone . I found that odd this is all good for those who have been brought up in the digital age. Us seniors find it very stressful and daunting. Although I dare say this line of working was brought in during covid, I do'.t think it comes across as so professional and caring as coming to the office. Some minor issues via e-mail / phone good. the other issue is that there seems to be a lot of short hours/part time and there were gaps in the response out of office until some date next week. although i did have direct contact on phone I dare say this is common practice, so no point in looking elsewhere as we have dealt with you sine 1975 when we purchased our first property
