Court of Protection and Grant of Probates for my parents
I was recommended Wollens by the Estate Agent when my elderly parents were thinking of selling their bungalow and going into a care home. However, I was not an executor until they both died. When my father passed away, my mother was not able to deal with such affairs as she was the sole executor of my dads estate. Hence. I then contacted Woolen to arrange Court of Protection over my mother as well as sort out my father's estate. This was handled very efficiently and kept me fully informed of progress. On the death of my Mother I was more than happy to instrust Wollens to sort out her estate and obtain the Grant of Probate. I have been very pleased with the service provided and the very reasonal costs involved which I was very happy to pay. I would certainly use Wollens again if I need any further legal work.
