Couldn't have asked for more - faultless service!
L&W (specifically Amy, Chloe and Nicola) provided a fantastic service during my recent house purchase. All were professional, polite and responded extremely quickly. The purchase was quite difficult with various chain issues and difficulties with the seller's estate agents and solicitors, but L&W were excellent at getting through to them and providing updates. They were extremely proactive at helping to get the chain to complete. Amy's incredible efficiency meant I had my local searches returned and draft contract signed before the seller had even got her deposit funds together, the speed at which the purchase moved from my end was very impressive thanks to the team at L&W. I purchased my house locally in Warwickshire, some 170 miles away from the L&W office in Gt Yarmouth, Norwich. I didn't visit the office once - all communication was via email and a few telephone calls made towards the end of the process as we were nearing completion. Their app gives you a very clear view of where your case is at and what is left to do, which negates the need for in-person visits or telephone calls in most cases. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely use again without hesitation for any future legal matters I have. Many thanks to the team at L&W for helping to make one of life's most stressful events far less stressful for me!
