Amy is the Managing Partner and heads up the firm’s Conveyancing Department. Amy is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration. She has been a partner since 2013. Amy studied for her law degree at De Montfort University Leicester and undertook her training locally before qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, at which time she joined Lucas & Wyllys. She is based at our Blofield office and specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property. Amy is the Senior Responsible Officer for the firm’s Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme membership and the firm’s Money Laundering Compliance Office. With over 15 years of experience in property matters, Amy knows many of the conveyancing "quirks" of the local area. Out of work Amy enjoys walking her Cockapoo Buzz and watching a good series on Netflix or Disney+.

Despite a number of unnecessary issues caused by my buyers, which resulted in huge delays, Amy dealt with my sale calmly and was prompt, always chasing to ensure completion did take place. I highly recommend Amy and the Lucas and Wyllys conveyancing team.

I have used this firm of Solicitors for several matters over the years. My last matter was a more complicated one and it could not have been handled more professionally and efficiently by Amy and the rest of the team. Important for me was communication and I found this spot on. I have used Amy Church twice now. Each time the process has been completed quickly and efficiently. Sharon in the office is super helpful too . If I have asked a question the team come back within half an hour or so which has been really helpful and appreciated. I love the app too. It is so easy to use. I would highly recommend

Brilliant service
I used Lucas & Wyllys for purchasing my first home and they made the whole experience extremely easy and straightforward for me. Amy was my solicitor and she kept clear and concise communication with me throughout so I never felt in the dark. The app was very user friendly and meant minimal in person interaction was required. On the one occasion I did need to see Amy in person she was very accommodating and friendly. The whole process was very quick and at a good price as well. Will definitely be my first choice in the future.

Could not be happier with the whole experience
We have just recently bought a property and chose Lucas & Wyllys through a friends recommendation. We are first time buyers and were extremely nervous coming into the situation but Amy and Sharon handled everything from start to finish, and provided concise updates incredibly quickly both through email to us and updates to their app which was so easy to use and set up. They were very friendly and we would use them again in a heartbeat if we needed to!
