Amy is the Managing Partner and heads up the firm’s Conveyancing Department. Amy is the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration. She has been a partner since 2013. Amy studied for her law degree at De Montfort University Leicester and undertook her training locally before qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, at which time she joined Lucas & Wyllys. She is based at our Blofield office and specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property. Amy is the Senior Responsible Officer for the firm’s Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme membership and the firm’s Money Laundering Compliance Office. With over 15 years of experience in property matters, Amy knows many of the conveyancing "quirks" of the local area. Out of work Amy enjoys walking her Cockapoo Buzz and watching a good series on Netflix or Disney+.

    We recently completed on a remortgage and the process could not have been any easier. The app was so helpful for providing our ID and following the progress of the transaction. It was our first time remortgaging which was daunting, but no question was too small. Our new mortgage was explained to us very well and they made the whole transaction so easy. Amy and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We will always recommend Lucas & Wyllys!

    Probate, new will, and house move conveyancing

    The L&W teams handled probate following my wife's death, the preparation of a new will for me, the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. The service was prompt, efficient and very professional each time, and I would definitely use them again if the occasion arises.
