Both Daisy and Abbie were excellent when helping me with the sale of my house. They were very supportive, professional and efficient. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they responded to my email queries and was really not expecting them to answer my telephone calls so quickly and explain things so clearly to me. It was so helpful and reassuring and much appreciated by me. I am planning to buy a new property next year and will be asking Daisy and Abbie to help me again.

Daisy worked tirelessly on both my sale and purchase. There were lots of problems throughout with our initial buyers which Daisy handled sensitively and with professionalism. She is incredibly knowledgeable and speaks quite openly and honestly about the best way to navigate potential problems. She makes it clear and writes things in a way which is easy to understand which I fully appreciate. She has been so helpful throughout and despite the stresses of this journey and our doubts, we have never doubted Daisy and her efforts. We are so grateful to Daisy for her hard work and will continue to use her for future conveyancing (probably not for a long time now - sorry!!) This is the second time I've used her and she just gets better and better. Daisy is a real asset to Wollens. Thank you SO much Daisy (and to Abbie) for all your help.

Meg,daisy and Abbie have been absolutely brilliant, they have all been such kind, professional and supportive throughout the whole journey of buying our first house. We were so impressed by how fast and reliable they were getting back to us and with it being our first purchase of a house me and Kirsty struggled with some of the terminology and they were so good to get back to us and break things down so that we could understand. We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience and will definitely be returning to the team when we move again in the future. I'm a first time buyer and was recommended to use Daisy as my conveyancer as a friend had had Daisy's help with their house purchase too. Unfortunately my first purchase was aborted due to issues Daisy had highlighted from her enquiries, but after finding somewhere else I've finally got my foot on the ladder, 12 months later. I found both Daisy and Abbie very helpful and productive and I would always get a response to any query even if things seemed to go quiet. This is my first experience of needing a solicitor and I found it fairly straightforward. Daisy was able to advise on, what to many may have seemed like silly questions from myself who had never been through this process before. Thankyou Daisy!
