This is the second time dealing with Daisy and Megan, i will use them again for my next purchase. I cannot recommend them enough. From Instruction to completion the duo have been fantastic - keeping me in the loop every step of the way with what was a delayed sale from the other side - if the other solicitors had been on the ball and at the top of their game like Daisy/Megan then the sale would have been completed sooner - they have been true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. House buying or selling is very stressful but Daisy/Megan are there to ease that stress. Many thanks all, look forward to working with you again, onto the next one!

Leasehold purchase
This is the second time we have used Daisy to help us with a purchase. First time a fairly straightforward freehold that went very smoothly. Second time a slightly more complex leasehold. Daisy and her team are very thorough leaving no stone unturned. Always happy to answer queries promptly in a kind and sympathetic manner.

Daisy is one of the best
Daisy and team worked incredibly hard to push our sale through in a timely manner while covering all bases in fine detail. I'm impressed with their service and highly recommend using them. The responses to queries were prompt and comprehensive - it was all very reassuring. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Home Purchase
Daisy was great when we were buying our home. She always responded to our emails promptly with detail, but with simple language we could understand. We were very grateful for all her help and if we move again, hopefully we can get Daisy's help again !

Daisy is the best legal representation we have ever had
Daisy by far is the most professional and competent paralegal we have ever worked with. I have worked with a few solicitors and have had the same frustrations with all of them; lack of communication. But Daisy has been amazing in keeping us in the loop and always responding to my queries in a timely manner and taking the stress out of purchasing a property. She came recommended by our mortgage broker and she exceeded our expectations. Look forward to using her service in the future

Wollens Takes the Stress Out of Moving!
This was the first time we have used the excellent Wollens, on this occasion for selling and buying property. Daisy Otten looked after us throughout the process and was extremely efficient, friendly and patient. She kept us up to date throughout the transactions, and explained things simply if we didn’t understand. She totally made what can be very stressful a breeze! Whilst we have moved to Somerset, we will continue to use the excellent Wollens Exeter office. Thank you Daisy.

Excellent Service
We were advised to utilise Wollens by our mortgage advisor, and soon after enlisting their services, we were advised that Daisy would be managing the purchase of our house. From the start we were impressed with Daisy's communication skills, and overall professionalism, she was great at keeping us informed as the process progressed and explained complex issues clearly.
What really impressed us was just how quickly everything progressed, from first contacting Wollens on September 8th, we had completed and had access to our new property by November 14th. We greatly appreciated the speed at which Daisy was able to manage the process and would fully recommend her and Wollens as a whole.

Daisy helped us with a re-mortgage and buying a flat. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and gave us lots of advice on the wording that we did not fully understand and the process. We echo other reviewers who remark on her personable qualities and there was never a time when we were either waiting or did not know what was happening. Excellent!
Daisy kept in touch throughout the sale of my home, she was excellent. I know that the sale of my leasehold property was not an easy one but I really appreciated her kindness, understanding and her clear advice on things I didn't understand. She was very personable and professional throughout and kept me in the loop along the way. I still have my house purchase to go through and am so glad that she is at the helm. I would wholeheartedly recommend Daisy to anyone and trusted her decisions and advice 100%. Thank you so much Daisy for being an absolute dream!
