Rebecca is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team, specialising in residential development work. Having worked in the Agriculture & Estates team in the firm for over 10 years, Rebecca transferred to the Commercial Property team, focusing on residential development matters. She acts for clients (including farmers and landowners, promoters and housebuilders) on development transactions, including negotiating overage deeds, promotion and option agreements and is involved with the sales and purchases of development land. Rebecca’s legal background includes experience in agricultural, residential and commercial property, and she is therefore able to advise clients on a number of property issues which may arise in the process of land development matters. Her background in agricultural property gives her the ability to consider projects from the angle of both landowner and developer. Rebecca is a fellow of the ALA and a member of the SAA. She is a Steward for the SAA and the Treasurer of the Suffolk branch of the GWCT.
