i have to say i was skeptical using the services after having a previous experience, but I honestly have to say that Samantha, Ruby & Elle @ Martin Tolhurst were fantastic. information was passed and dealt with in a fast manner. they were always available on the end of the phone, they responded quickly via email and provided information quickly. they were all invaluable in helping get this process completed quickly and efficiently. they removed the stress from all the paperwork. honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Samantha was fantastic at communicating with me during our sale of our home and purchase of our new home. They made the property chain conveyancing absolutely easy for us. It is not unusual that we had to wait a couple of months for our new build to be ready after selling our home. Property market had been crazy in the last year or two because of the stamp duty holiday. Martin Tolhurst solicitors helped us get us new home with a very professional service.
