I had a shared ownership property to sell, and scouted around the local area for solicitors. I had a few prices, and Tozers were the Cheapest (half the price of the cost of the solicitor I used to purchase it with) - which makes me think there are some firms out there to fleece you! From the very moment I got in touch with Tozers using their online form, I was contacted by Rebecca, and although the initial approval of the buyer took 2 months (not the fault of Tozers) the remainder of the process took just 5.5weeks to complete. While waiting for the approval of the buyer, Rebecca made sure I was prepped and ready to go, with all the forms organised, so as soon as we got the go ahead, we were raring to go. The communication, impeccable, the cost, very worthy. The experience. Best Solicitor I have used for property, and will certainly return in the future.

I found Tozers to be an efficient inclusive firm with good open communication. I was impressed with their detailed knowledge and expertise, leaving no stone unturned. The only slight negative is that I found it rather impersonal and felt that I was a corporate client.

Nothing but positive feedback from us! Rebecca has been outstanding from start to finish and made selling our shared ownership home as simple as possible. We had a fairly stressful moving situation and Rebecca Bainbridge (alongside Jessica Betts who was also absolutely fantastic) filled us with confidence at all times. We have used Tozers a few times for moving/remortgaging and every time they are so lovely to deal with. Everyone you speak to is professional, approachable and reliable.
