Jason is a partner in the commercial and healthcare team based in the Thetford office. He acts for a range of clients, from local business owners, start-ups and SMEs to dentists, vets and GPs. Jason prides himself on providing practical advice on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular focus on:
mergers and acquisitions
partnerships and company re-structuring
refinancing
partnership and shareholder agreements
property transactions such as leases and commercial or agricultural sales and purchases
In addition to his involvement in general commercial matters Jason also has particular interest in the health sector and has vast experience acting for dentists, doctors, pharmacists and vets around the country.
Recent transactional experience includes heading up a multi-million pound company demerger, acting on a £12.5 million pound share sale of a multi-site veterinary practice, dealing with the grant of a new high value lease for a large industrial and office building. As well as work further afield, Jason has acted for a number of local investors in purchasing and leasing local industrial units and has also gained particular experience acting for developers around Suffolk and Norfolk.
Jason joined Rudlings Solicitors LLP in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2016 after studying Sports Law at university and completing the Legal Practice Course in Cambridge.

Practice Completion
We have just completed on our new practice! Jason has managed the process throughout which has been relatively pain free. He gets on with what he needs to do and kept me updated when necessary, always explaining complex legal issues in an understandable manner. Outstanding and value for money
Not knowing Jason prior to the sale of our business we were recommended by our Solicitors to approach them for a quotation for undertaking the legal side of the sale process.
Their quotation was very competitive and Jason could not have been more on the case in order for us to achieve a very tight deadline.
We would highly recommend Jason as a very hardworking and dedicated Solicitor who works well under pressure and delivers what was promised within the budget.

Highly Recommend
