Sale of Shared Ownership Property - Reliable, Helpful & Great Service
My husband and I just recently sold our 50% shared ownership house with Heylo Housing and we appointed Amicus Law as our solicitor to assist us due to their experience and expertise in this field. The completion of the sale took slightly longer than expected but Amicus Law's legal team has always kept us in the loop on what is happening and which stage of the process we are in. They communicate well and clear. Upon completion, there was a slight error in the completion statement due to information given inaccurately by Heylo's solicitor, however Fran Dyer and Gary Voysey at Amicus Law, the Shared Ownership Legal team identified the error very quickly and also resolved it very quickly to avoid further delays. I would highly recommend Amicus Law based on my personal experience. They have been amazing throughout. If I had any question, I could give them a ring and chat or email and they response very quickly too.
