Preparation of wills and lasting power of attorney
Dealing with solicitors can be daunting, but such thoughts were immediately dispelled on our first visit. Banner Jones staff were friendly and very professional in dealing with our wills and LPA's. Good advice was given in a clear and easy to understand manner. We were given a full explanation of matters and the legal paperwork involved. We would use Banner Jones again. For avoidance of doubt, we are not connected or related in anyway, despite the name similarity.

Great customer care
We were very impressed by the care and attention we received in the matter of setting up our LPA's and the transfer of our Wills from another solicitor to banner jones. Probate in a time of pandemic
As a pandemic had caused lockdown and everyone was having to become used to different practices and forms of interaction, Banner Jones tried very hard to keep things as normal as possible. we are happy with the service we had received during this time and we have felt very safe in their hands.
