Simon has a wealth of experience in Property Law, Wills, Trust and Probate work and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association with a specialist Agricultural practice acting for many farmers in the North Kent area A large number of his clients are families who have been with me for many years, in some cases I am now acting for the third generation! He has lived in Kent all my life and have been with Martin Tolhurst Solicitors since I qualified in 1982, he was then later offered Partnership with the firm in 1985. The approach he adopts to the law has always been to achieve a client’s objectives in a speedy and cost effective manner. He always seeks to explain complex legal issues in a straightforward manner, which is an approach that is recognised and appreciated by his clients in their feedback. He is currently a member and past president of the Kent Law Society and a past president of the Medway Law Society.
