Excellent throughout
We chose to instruct Jack because his fee structure was clear and seemed price proximate (or less, and in some cases much less) than similar firms. He was proactive and helpful throughout and the fee was as had been suggested. We had a pretty tight timescale to achieve the sale and Jack completed his work with a week to spare. Highly recommended solicitor and a nice guy too.

Sale of business
Asked Coodes to help sell our business in a correct and fair way for both the us and the buyer, and that's what happened.
Unexpectedly despite the agreements having already been agreed between the seller and buyer, many other complications and clauses seemed to have been created and then resolved - all beyond me but that is I guess, what we pay these people for!
Very happy with the service and in many cases, the patience given when requiring my input to complete the sale.
