Writing our wills and lasting power of attorney setup
We wanted to get our wills in place so our sons would be able to inherit our estate without any problems. We also wanted to set them up with power of attorney if we were unable to manage our affairs in the future. The professional who worked with us was very thorough, gave us a complete picture of the options and how to avoid pitfalls, and completed the work in a timely fashion to our complete satisfaction.

My Lasting Powers of Attorney & Will
I engaged Boys & Maughan to handle my lasting powers of attorney and will. My solicitors were Simon Crook and Sarah Court and I found them both to be most efficient and helpful. My affairs were handled very professionally and I am very pleased with the service I received.
