House purchase & sale.
hadn't used a solicitor for 46 years prior to my recent buying/selling experience so didn't know what to expect as regards to cost and procedures. Every step was explained and requested. Politely and quickly replies to emails sent. Although there were delays during the process this was not due to anything that the company did. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

House Sale and Purchase
Documentation which was provided was always clearly presented with clear next steps for us outlined. Excellent guidance was provided in terms of purchasing the property and advising about investigating potential future tax implications. Communications were always swift and clearly understandable.

Very helpful
Moving was very stressful but Boys and Maugham were very helpful and made every thing a much smoother and easier experience.

Conveyancing for sale and purchase of two houses
At all stages of the conveyancing process Katie and Demi were most helpful and professional. At the time they must have been working 24/7 as many people were trying to complete sales before 30th June deadline. However they remained calm and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to do business with them and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
