Awful Solicitor, constant mistakes, we were recommended this solicitor firm by many people including the housing developer and cannot underestimate the disappointment we felt. We were mixed up with another client and told wrong information. We did most the work for them, chasing the various parties they are meant to be managing, so a massive waste of money, not really sure what we paid them for. Is never there to answer the phone and is always on constant annual leave.
Our contract exchange was put on a 3 week hold because they didnt bother telling our buyers solicitor a very vital piece of information which almost led to a pull out! We were finding out a lot of activity from our estate agent over the solicitor.
Not impressed at all and wont be using again. Also dont appreciate a review that has been put on here from March when this is my first visit to this site!

Thankyou Coffin Mew for making our house sale and buy as stress free as possible.
The process was made easy as Sharon Dube guided us thru each stage of the process and showed us where to sign a rather complicated set of forms.
Due to Coffin Mews efforts we were able to complete just prior to the Covid 19 Lockdown
