On the 23rd July, 2021, I sustained serious injuries to my spine and my left foot, after having a lifechanging accident at work. I was offered advice for getting a solicitor to represent me in making an injury claim as I was no longer able to work to support myself. After much research, I decided on hiring Stevan Stratton as the head of Injury Services department of Ellisons, Ipswich, Suffolk. As I was hospitalised for some time I didn't meet Mr Stratton for awhile, so all our decisions were made via email or phone calls. He has helped me so much through these past four years, has explained everything clearly to me, has reassured me over and over that everything was going well with the claim. He arranged for me to have some sessions with a therapist to help me get through the trauma of the accident. So many ways he helped me get through each day and each new problem which occurred. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you.
