Buying our first home was one of the most exciting but also nerve-wracking experiences we've ever been through — and we honestly couldn’t have done it without the incredible support from Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. From day one, Abdul Muttalib was calm, knowledgeable, and completely reassuring. As our solicitor, he took the time to explain each stage of the conveyancing process in detail, always making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. I cannot fault the team at Martin Tolhurst. Our allocated solicitor was Abdul. He and his team have been brilliant with our conveyancing of sale and purchase. We completed on 30th June. The date we were desperate for due to the stamp duty holiday. We lost our first buyer and it was looking unlikely, however Abdul made it happen with their relentless work. The last couple of month must have been the busiest ever for conveyancing solicitors with so much pressure. I want to say Thank You to Abdul and your fantastic team. Absolutely would recommend these guys for a professional efficient service.
