    Excellent!! First class service. I've used Chris Maddison on more than one occasion and each time the service was quick, efficient and successful.

    I required the creation of three new leases and a re-mortgage at the same time for a newly converted property. All was completed within a short time and without any issues. Also, it is worth noting that they were very cost effective in comparison to other solicitors that quoted for the work.

    They get the job done

    Just like Mr muscle. On a serious note, they were quick and exact. I've used them more than once and I own five properties so I have experience of solicitors.

    I approached BTMK for conveyancing on a house sale. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous and communicative.     Everything was made super easy and straight forward

    Chris and his team didnt put a foot wrong. Our purchase property threw a lot of curve balls throughout the process but Chris and his team just cracked on and made it happen with no fuss at all. We have moved three times and this, dispite the curve balls was by far the easiest. Chris and his team dealt with everything and were super responsive to any questions or queries we had.
