Our move was very complicated to say the least and Chris and his team were just excellent in the way they dealt with issues, communicated consistently and got the job done. Thankfully we completed at the end of October 2018 (two months late, but not their fault) and we're in, settled and happy. Can thoroughly recommend their brilliant service.

Transfer of Equity
Of all the Solicitors I have used, I have found this firm the best. They were fairly quick (when typically a conveyancing process can be pretty slow) and were very helpful with discussing our situation and answering queries. Holly, who dealt with majority of the process for us, was great. Holly kept us informed, her responses were quick, and she was helpful and professional. I found the whole process quite easy and things were not overcomplicated. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Excellent service & friendly as usual
As a long term client of BTMK, my latest sale of a new build property was challenging indeed. Chris and the team had to deal with an extremely awkward buyers solicitor. Probate sale of my mums house

Excellent experience

Re-finance of a residential investment property
Chris and Holly were excellent to work with and really made the re-finance as easy and as quick as possible especially in these challenging times when mortgage lenders are much slower than usual.
I would thoroughly recommend their services for property matters and have already instructed both Chris and Holly on a second property matter.
