I specialise in commercial debt recovery and act for a number of businesses assisting them to recover debts of all sizes. I assist commercial clients through all stages of the debt recovery process (including bulk debts) from sending initial letters before action, to obtaining judgment and enforcement and ensuring that the debt recovery guidelines and procedures are adhered to, to seek the most effective and successful debt recovery for my commercial clients. I also represent Defendants who defend court proceedings brought by Creditors.
