James is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation department at Palmers Solicitors, and he is based at the Commercial Hub office in Basildon. James qualified as a Solicitor in February 2022 after completing his training at a regional firm in Norfolk and joined Palmers upon qualification. James was promoted to Associate Status in October 2023. James is currently studying for the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (‘ACTAPS’) course and hopes to attain full ACTAPS accreditation in due course. James prides himself on seeking to understand clients’ personal and commercial objectives and develop solutions which best achieve these objectives. James is an advocate of alternative dispute resolution and has a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes and settlements for clients. James was named as a “recommended lawyer” in the 2024 Legal 500 rankings. Outside of work, James enjoys playing football and golf.
