I qualified as a Solicitor in June 2022 and completed my training contract at a Legal 500 firm in Essex. I joined Duncan Lewis as a Solicitor in the Child Care Department in May 2023. I decided early on in my training contract not to take the traditional route of completing various ‘seats’. This is because I wanted to focus my training specifically on children and family matters, as this is the area of law that I have always sought to specialise in. As a Solicitor, I have experience representing both parents and grandparents in both public and private law matters. I enjoy undertaking my own advocacy where possible to ensure consistency for all clients. I have also regularly represented clients seeking injunctive protective relief from the Court, including both Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

    Really good service

    I found the firm to be really good. In particular Abbey is excellent. She is highly efficient, listens to you and gives great advice. Her counsel recommendation was really crucial to a successful outcome. I'm really happy that I used this firm.

    Amazing solicitor abbey

    She was amazing very helpful and understanding She listened to me cry for help and she did exactly what asked for help for I will miss working with her and it was a shame we never met in person but I really wish I did so I can give her a big hug thank you
