I head up the busy Residential Property team at Coffin Mew and specialise in all aspects of selling, buying and transferring ownership of property.
I deal with more difficult and complex cases and pride myself on an ability to problem solve, provide practical solutions and to think outside the box when tricky scenarios present themselves as they sometimes do with property related matters.
I am focussed on my team delivering a positive client experience and testament to this are a number of industry awards and commendations.
I’m a seasoned Property practitioner and have worked in the South Coast market for nearly 30 years. I’ve personally handled thousands of moves for clients but since 2008 have managed and led conveyancing teams and have been overall responsible for their performance and service delivery.
I qualified in the year 2000 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and I was one of the first Legal Executives in the country to achieve Board status at my previous firm.

House sale

Sale and purchase of property
Amazing service from Ian and the team at Coffin Mew on a not so straight forward sale of my flat and also the purchase of my partner and I’s first house together. Outstanding
Just wanted to thank Ian Peach for his continued support through this process. Our sale of two properties went through like a dream and having someone like Ian who gives you such confidence in his abilities in these matters made us feel so relaxed. Our purchase was a bit more challenging. Ian’s knowledge, commitment to his clients and work ethic is second to none and we are now in our dream home and couldn’t be happier. Great service from Coffin Mew
Ian Peach and his conveyancing team at Coffin Mew keep my fully updated with all aspects of selling my mothers home. The costs were very fair and clearly laid out, anything that needed an explanation was dealt with quickly and in layman's terms. Ian's team also chased me when needed to keep the process rolling which I appreciated. Very pleased with Coffin Mew and the service they provided, I would certainly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house.
