Conveyancing on parent’s house
Melissa has been excellent throughout the sale of my parent’s house. She’s been incredibly efficient and very helpful with any questions. Would definitely recommend both her and Gamlin’s.

Buying or Selling - Highly Recommended!!
We have used Gamlins twice, both to buy and sell our house in the past 3 years. Each time, we have received exceptional service and advice throughout, and the entire process was made incredibly smooth (as smooth as buying or selling a house can be!) with the support we were given. This was particularly appreciated by us as first-time buyers and first-time sellers, making the legal aspects seamless and stress-free. Sale of house
Gamlins were incredibly professional and efficient from the start to finish. Melissa was wonderful and unbelievably proactive and took the reigns and drove the chain forward to get the completion done. This made a difficult move less stressful for everyone involved. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
