We were very happy with the speed and communications we received from Samantha and Sarah at the Martin Tolhurst Partnership in the sale of our house.
Our Buyers wanted to move in before Christmas and although it was tight they managed to achieve it. We particularly appreciated the fixed fee as it allowed us to budget more effectively.

Will and probate
Sarah Begley applied for probate, looked into savings etc and kept me informed all along.

Fast, prompt, efficient service
Sarah helped me with arranging probate after my father passed away. She provided great communication through each stage and the process was fast and efficient taking only 4 weeks from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will definitely not hesitate to use in the future, thanks Sarah.

Exemplary Service
Since 2017 I have been dealing with the Wills & Probate Team at Martin Tolhurst and in particular the Solicitor Sarah Begley. Initially in 2017 she assisted me in becoming a POA for my Grandmother and then following her passing in 2022 she again assisted me as the administrator of her estate. I have always found it very easy to communicate with Sarah and I will certainly always be very grateful for the help, assistance and guidance she has provided me over the years always in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Since my Grandmother passed Sarah and her team have continued to offer me excellent service in the administration of her estate and I believe the last few years have certainly run far smoother for me with their professional help and guidance and although ours was a business relationship she has often felt like a friend guiding me through some quite stressful times and for that I will always be very grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wills & Probate Team at Martin Tolhurst. Thank you Sarah, Karolina & all of the rest of the team.

Probate
We met Sarah last year after unfortunately my Dad passed away. Both my brother and myself found Sarah very professonal and she always kept us informed with emails or telephone calls. We were just sorry Sarah did not deal with the conveyancing of the sale of our Dad's house. Unfortunately it had to go to a different department. I did not find the solicitor who dealt with this part of the process very approachable and we never got to meet her.

Great service

Excellent service as always.
Our family has used Martin Tolhurst for many generations covering just about every dept over the years.
This time we have been supported by Sarah Begley (Wills and Probate) again
excellent work, kept informed/consulted appropriately and completed in a timely manner. Very approachable team and sensitive to the issue. It made a huge difference and relief having a very competent team guiding and completing everything during a sad and busy time.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
My brother and i hired Martin tolhurst solicitors to go through our late fathers probate. They gave an excellent service, kept up to date on everything, Helped us through it sufficiently and quickly. Always on hand if we needed them. We highly recommend
