Great service
Used the Martin Tolhurst Team to deal with my Aunts Estate which involved selling a house, dealing with probate, registering the property with land registry and final distribution to beneficiaries. A number of issues arose which the team handled very professionally and always kept us well informed. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Great service

Professional Conveyancing Service
I was recommended Martin Tolhurst as we had sold our house through Wards in Chatham and they had recommended using them for our conveyancing. I felt it would be a more seamless service. I was very impressed by the prompt response and answers to any queries. I found everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful. They also liaised with our Estate Agent so all parties were up to date with the progress of the sale which went through very smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Martin Tolhurst Solicitors and have in fact, already done so.

Barbara, Sally and Kat were fantastic

Outstanding Service
This is the third time in as many years that I have had dealings with Martin Tolhurst Solicitors. On each occasion I have found them to be outstanding, offering a professional and excellent service from initial contact through every process until the satisfactory conclusion of the business. Every member of the team in both the Gravesend and Longfield offices have been superb and I cannot rate them all highly enough.

First class service
Although, at first, I was a little frustrated with the lack of communication, once a buyer was found for my property I was selling the service was superb. This was the first time using a solicitor almost exclusively via email/online and I have friends who have had bad experiences of this kind of service. I had none of the sort. In the end a very reliable and supportive experience.

First home purchase

Great selling experience
I never thought I'd say that selling a house was a pleasurable experience, but having not sold a property for many years I was expecting it to consume vast amounts of time and involve lots of chasing... not the case with Martin Tolhurst! I was selling remotely so had some concerns, but they made it as simple as possible. They are approachable and friendly and the whole process was took a fraction of the time I thought it would. I would like to thank them for all their help, advice and professionalism in making the whole process painless. Thank you

Conveyancing
Our Annual Church Meeting takes place on Sunday 24th April after the Sunday 9.30 am service.
If you would like to stand for election for any of the offices of Churchwarden or PCC member, please alert our secretary Anne Harris. If you want to understand what is entailed or require further information on these roles please speak with the Vicar and/or the Churchwardens.
The year’s financial accounts ending Dec 31st 2021 will be circulated from next Sunday, together with our usual management set of accounts to assist in a more detailed explanation of what has taken place in the last year.
If you have any financial questions please put them in writing by Sunday 17th April, so we can properly take time to answer your questions.

CONVEYANCING IN AN ESTATE LATE
Thanks so much to Barbara Stewart for handling the conveyancing in the sale of my late parents' home. She did an absolutely sterling job, teaching the buyer's solicitors a lesson in the law. If it was not for Barbara this matter might have dragged on for ever. We are very grateful indeed.
