Outstanding support during a difficult time
Going through family court is quite possibly one of the hardest things anyone can experience. It leaves you emotionally exhausted and feeling completely overwhelmed. However, having Ellie represent me made this incredibly difficult time so much more manageable. She is not only honest, knowledgeable and exceptionally thorough, but also understanding, compassionate and genuinely supportive. Ellie was by my side through every statement and every court hearing. No matter what emotions I was experiencing or how difficult things seemed, she always listened, supported me, and gave honest, realistic advice. Whenever I wavered, she never did. She helped me stay focused on doing what was best for my son, even when the process felt impossible. Ricky has also been phenomenal in every interaction I've had with him. His knowledge and understanding of the family court process are outstanding, and he consistently provides clear, practical advice that always aligns with the welfare and best interests of your child. He is incredibly approachable, completely non-judgemental, and has an exceptional ability to take in complex information and provide honest, thoughtful guidance. One thing that stood out throughout my case was the integrity with which both Ellie and Ricky conducted themselves. At no point did our communications with the other party rely on character assassination, intimidation or unnecessary conflict. Every discussion, every letter and every decision remained centred on my child and how the outcome could best support his welfare, stability and future. I will be forever grateful to Ellie, Ricky and everyone at Tozers for standing beside me during one of the hardest 18 months of my life.
