Going through family court is quite possibly one of the hardest things anyone can experience. It leaves you emotionally exhausted and feeling completely overwhelmed. He is incredibly approachable, completely non-judgemental, and has an exceptional ability to take in complex information and provide honest, thoughtful guidance. One thing that stood out throughout my case was the integrity with which both Ellie and Ricky conducted themselves. At no point did our communications with the other party rely on character assassination, intimidation or unnecessary conflict. Every discussion, every letter and every decision remained centred on my child and how the outcome could best support his welfare, stability and future. I will be forever grateful to Ellie, Ricky and everyone at Tozers for standing beside me during one of the hardest 18 months of my life.
