A tricky house sale and purchase
Laura and Ellie were excellent during our first ever house sale and purchasing our second home.
They kept us in the loop with what was going on and were very responsive to our emails. Laura especially replying out of hours.

Residential Property
We worked with Tozers on the sale of our residential home in the UK, while we were living overseas. Tozers were exceptional, speedy, efficient, on point and really paid attention to the time difference so information was always ready for us to review when we woke so we could respond asap and keep the process moving as quickly as possible.

Efficient, professional and helpful
Laura and the team at tozers were professional throughout. Out purchase was particularly tough due to many external factors but it was always well taken care of. Good knowledge. Quick to respond. Would highly recommend

A complicated transaction
I had not worked with Tozers before and they were instructed via recommendation. What an excellent choice. My large holiday complex sale and subsequent house purchase were both very involved, extremely complex, and time consuming. Both Vernon Clarke and Laura Kendall acted both speedily and professionally throughout, not leaving a stone unturned. The protracted negotiations involved many months of, sometimes, intense legal issues.
Over the years I have worked with several law firms but my positive experience with Tozers has been the best and good value.

sale & purchase of property
Laura Kendall handled the sale of our property in Exeter & the purchase of our property in Bristol. All through the process Lura was very professional and kept us informed regularly as to what was going in in the process. She gets top marks from my wife and myself!

Excellent service for our house purchase
Very happy with the service provided by Vernon and Laura in the process of purchasing our new home. Vernon was very thorough and left no stone un-turned in chasing documentation and asking questions about the state of the property and works done over time. Both Vernon and Laura are very good at keeping in touch and keeping us informed, and our emails always received prompt replies. Would definitely recommend.

Conveyancing for land near Christow
Dealing with Laura was a delight and a breath of fresh air in comparison to the two other Solicitors handling our other affairs. She always responded promptly to our enquiries and kept us informed as to the progress of the steps necessary to exchange and finally completion. We (my wife and I) felt that she had our best interests as her priority and always with clear, positive feed-back. We were very happy with Tozers and with Laura!

Excellent Service
Vernon Clarke and Laura Kendall recently completed the conveyancing on our house sale.
