I used the Stratford Upon Avon office for my recent house selling and buying and they were excellent. Special mentions to Christine Jeffs and Matthew Williets who were very good at keeping in touch with any developments and solved quickly and efficiently any difficulties that arose. It helped considerably that the office was very close by so I could pop in with paperwork etc when needed but the whole online experience was much easier and better than I had feared. They made what is a stressful enough experience anyway a much calmer and less anxious one. Would highly recommend them.

Having known Andrew Bonell for probably 40 years and always instructed him on all property transactions my wife Vanessa and I have undertaken, we had no hesitation to instruct him again on our recent sale and purchase. At the outset he set out the scope and mechanics of his services together with the costs to be incurred. The sale was quite straight forward with the addition of a required Statutory Declaration which he organised via an independent Solicitor. The purchase was not quite so straight forward, however he overcame the difficulties in a timely and professional manner. On both, he kept us fully informed on a regular basis and his advice was well founded. Andrew has the ability of using his sense of humour to tactfully assist overcoming difficult circumstances Both he and his assistant Christine make an excellent team.
