Highly recommended and genuine

Spoke to Jonathan in regards to legal issue, he was so honest and genuine with his advice and knowledge. His advice came from human to another not a solicitor trying to gain future work, which was so refreshing.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, infact due to this honest approach ive spoken to themin to go forward with separate matter

Outcome was not as desired. I felt the advice provided was not beneficial to the outcome and the contact was patronising and difficult to deal with.

Brilliant service for will writing and advice

Ellie at Alsters Kelley has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to set up our wills, and has provided clear and impartial advice throughout. It has made the process so much easier and straight forward to navigate. A really excellent solicitor and would highly recommend. Communication throughout has been prompt, clear and efficient.

Solicitors Review

We have dealt with Alsters Kelley a couple of times. The most recent solicitor who dealt with our case was Rachael Flanagan, who was very professional, explained everything so we understood what was going on and kept us well informed.
Rachael is definitely a credit to the company

The consultation with Karen was truly uplifting. I left feeling reassured in more ways than just sound legal advice and guidance from someone I quickly came to trust. So, a massive shout-out for Karen, for her personable approach, depth of emphatic understanding and emotional intelligence, together with her willingness to help. Karen - the human face of the legal profession - deserves all the plaudits for her remarkable skills, both human and legal.

Robust yet sensitive

Shelley De Worringham succesfully defended a prosecution against myself in the Family Court. She used her experience and discernment to assess a complex case quickly, offer an informed and reassuring counsel and execute a robust and comprehensive rebuttal of the allegations.

Shelley acted in a decisive and timely fashion throughout. She also appointed and briefed an experienced Barrister to represent me in the Court. Her personal manner and communication skills are exemplary.

Shelley is excellent

Far more professional and responsive than my previous ineffective lawyer. Very satisfied with Shelley’s compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable approach; she has a wonderful knack of knowing exactly what to say to ensure you are totally at ease, no matter how difficult the discussion, and so is always a pleasure to deal with. Clearly a supremely experienced lawyer with passion, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her services and she has restored my faith in legal representation.

Excellent experience!

We instructed Alster Kelley to deal with our recent purchase. Helen Checketts was our solicitor and was excellent and responsive in her communication throughout. Buying a house can be stressful but she made it a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend both Helen and Alsters Kelley.

Avoid Alsters Kelley’s conveyancing department

I had a bad experience with Alsters Kelley. They made two serious mistakes in a straightforward conveyancing process neither of which were picked up by them and each causing substantial delays. They were slow, inefficient, difficult to reach and gave the impression they did not care. I spent a lot of time dealing with this. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience.
I received a small refund to compensate for the errors, which I felt was insufficient and was slightly increased when I mentioned I would leave a review.
I feel that a review is the only way of holding this firm accountable for its awful values and poor service.

Great experience with Alsters Kelley. We had a response from needing some work doing within the morning and managed to squeeze an appointment to see Ellie on the same day. Very grateful for the work Ellie had done for us and the turnaround time was excellent and posted documents back home within 2 days. A follow up appointment for signatures was booked in with ease and would happily use their services again. Finally both receptionists we dealt with were fantastic and went above and beyond in the 5 minutes we had with them! Thank you to all the staff!

I was allocated Alsters Kelly solicitors Lisa & Malika, a lot of work was done for me whilst going through family court, and done to a high professional standard with honest and straightforward advice. Will most likely return if needed in the future.

My experience with Alsters Kelley has been absolutely amazing from a professional level right through to support which has helped my situation hugely. The staff members who I personally have dealt with Shelley DeWorringham and Simone Bartha have been so supportive and I can not thank them enough.

Excellent from start to finish.
I instructed this firm to handle my divorce. Despite things being initially acrimonious with my wife, Shelley De’Worringham, quickly got a grip of the pertinent issues and guided me through the process quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed every step of the way. Although firm in her approach, Shelley was able to neutralise the high emotions in my case and negotiate with the other side - achieving a result that we were both happy with. Whilst divorce is never easy, Shelley and her team worked incredibly hard to make the process easier and alleviate my stress. I shall be eternally grateful to this firm, particularly Shelley and her team for helping me.
