Sarah Ripper qualified as a solicitor in 2013 after obtaining a Law Degree at Leeds University and then gaining a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at BPP law school in London. After qualifying Sarah quickly gained expertise in a wide range of Wills, Trust and Probate matters. Sarah was promoted to Partner at Blaser Mills in 2017 where she gained significant experience in obtaining Grants of Probate, submitting inheritance tax accounts and administering estates in accordance with the terms of a Will when someone has passed away. Sarah also regularly advised clients regarding mitigating inheritance tax and capital gains tax. Sarah can also assist with administering an Intestate Estate, drafting Wills, including Wills which contain a Life Interest Trust or Discretionary Trust, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Sarah is well known by her clients for having an approachable manner and offering a friendly yet professional service. Sarah is committed to dealing with matters in an efficient and pro-active manner to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. Sarah was a recognised practitioner in The Legal 500 UK at her previous firm. Outside of work Sarah has two small children who keep her very busy! She also loves swimming and yoga.
