Thomas then began training to be a Paralegal in the Insurance Litigation Department whilst working towards his qualification with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.     I was involved in an accident that was not all my fault and had injuries which are ongoing. Thomas Randall, once appointed to be my advisor has been nothing short of extremely helpful. Thomas kept in touch with me through the process and was always very responsive to my queries and questions, of which there were many. I never felt I was being difficult asking so many questions and Thomas was at all times able to give me excellent advice which was very much appreciated.     I was very satisfied with the way Thomas helped and advised me from my initial approach to Ellisons, to the successful outcome of my claim. He guided me smoothly through the process and replied promptly when I contacted him. His manner was helpful and reassuring and he gave me advice which helped me overcome my initial concerns. Everything was clearly explained and I received reminders about appointments in connection with my claim. I never waited too long for a reply which was very important to me.     Highly recommended: Excellent service rendered & amazing communication

    Injury damages claim to the big toe, I had an accident and the company refused to pay out. A friend put me in touch with one of the partners at Ellisons Solicitors (Stevan Stratton) and within a short while, they decided to take up my case on a no win no fee basis. I was assigned to Thomas and he was completely patient and communicated well to me on the timelines and possible expectations. The communication line was really good and even when there was no update due to the other party's fault, Thomas always sent me an update on a regular basis. I have now received my pay out and I am super grateful to the team at Ellisons and especially to Thomas for a fantastic job.
