I started working with Williams Gittings and Tomleys Solicitors in Newtown and covered Wills, Probate and Conveyancing. I preferred the property work and therefore decided to specialise in this area and trained to become a Licensed Conveyancer in 2008. I later moved to work for Geo.H.Medlicott and Son in Knighton where I was employed as a Conveyancer and Office Manager. I am now Head of Property and Partner at PCB and specialise in rural and agricultural properties, unregistered titles, Transfers of Part and all areas of Property Law.

Helen acted for me in the purchase of my house. It was not straight forward but she kept things moving and kept me informed at all times. She did sometimes have to remind me that although I was keen to move in, I would regret not dealing with everything properly when I came to sell. I have recommended her.
