I honestly cannot put into words how incredible Rachel and Ilke have been throughout what has been, without a doubt, one of the most difficult and emotionally devastating periods of my life. From the very beginning, they treated me with compassion, kindness and genuine understanding. They never made me feel judged, dismissed or like I was just another case. They listened to me, even when I was overwhelmed by emotion, struggling to find the right words or simply couldn’t keep myself together. They were incredibly patient with me and always gave me the time and space I needed. Their professionalism and knowledge were exceptional, but what made them truly stand out was the humanity they showed me. They understood how frightening and heartbreaking the situation was for me, and they consistently made me feel heard, supported and believed in. They explained things clearly, answered my endless questions and were there to guide me through every step of an incredibly complicated and frightening court process. Rachel and Ilke went above and beyond what I could ever have expected from my legal team. I never felt like I was facing everything alone. Their compassion, dedication, patience and unwavering support meant more to me than they will probably ever realise. There were moments when my emotions were incredibly strong, but they never made me feel like I was “too much”. They met me with patience and kindness every single time. That is something I will never forget. I genuinely could not have asked for two better people to have beside me during such a horrendous chapter of my life. Rachel is not only an exceptional solicitor, but a compassionate, caring and genuinely wonderful human beings. And likewise for Ilke. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me and my family. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Five stars really don’t feel like enough. Without them, I do believe that my daughter would not have been returned home.

Rachel helped me and my children when my children were removed due to NAI. Although we had a pool finding Rachel suggested to the court the resolutions assessment which led to the LA conducting a risk assessment of myself and I am now looking to work with a local family team and my children will be returned. Without Rachel and Ilke this would never be possible, their expertise are out of this world and nothing has ever been too much for either of them. Whether that is answering phone calls early morning to me panicking or emailing me back late nights on weekends to reassure me. Rachel has listened to every worry I have (and there’s been a lot) and reassured me time and time again. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for my family.
