From the very first meeting with Helen Jo and Sarah we were put at ease and dealt with compassion and care. We met with Helen very soon after diagnosis, and were given an outline of how the process worked, and the team handled all the paperwork from that point on. The case involved asbestos exposure from Brian’s work as a on various fishing vessels. My husband was able to supply a lot of dates and information from his employment years and it seemed to help him have some focus during a different time. He always felt confident about Helens abilities and advice. The chemotherapy side effects included stomach & bowel issues, rashes, swollen gums, fatigue and weeping eyes. Fortunately these were generally mild in my case.

Feeling quite emotional writing this as Helen has finally achieved justice for my late Dad Michael. My Dad chose Helen to represent him, and immediately warmed to her, ....as we did also. Whilst he hasn't been able to witness the final outcome he was always under no doubt that Helen would give 100% and that's exactly what she has done for us.
