Absolutely tremendous service from both the property sales and the legal departments. They were so efficient, friendly, contactable and resourceful. They did a great job of keeping me up-to-date and I dealt with the same friendly people throughout. The best firm I have used for buying and selling property.

There aren't many aspects of Morgans that I haven't used in the last couple of years: renting a property, selling a property, conveyancing, legal department and even house viewings! Each person and department showing the same professionalism and dedication and understanding that for their clients, this is more than a simple transaction but is often is about huge life decisions. Each was sympathetic and understanding in often difficult situations and I can't recommend or praise them highly enough. Some went above and beyond in difficult circumstances to help particularly Brian in legal, and Elaine and Linda in the property department. If you want a firm that treat your problems like their own, then you need look no further.

From the moment I contacted Morgans to sell my property till the closing date I knew I was dealing with competent professionals. Because of heavy snow many viewings had to be rescheduled and all of this actioned without the need to contact myself. I was kept informed of progress both by calls and emails so I knew exactly what the position and status was at all times.

Morgans were first class dealing with the sale of our property. We had considered using cheaper alternatives, but Elaine’s knowledge on the process and advice on sale price made us decide to sell with Morgans. The whole process was simple and well communicated. Excellent negotiation by Michaela saw us sell within 2 weeks, and this was followed up by Des very efficiently on the legal side. Highly recommend if you are looking to sell your home.
