    We had a very good and hassle free service from the staff at Boys & Maughan. Emails were responded to quicker than expected, and when necessary phone conversations and meetings we dealt with speedily and efficiently. Overall a very good and friendly service and we will be using the company again next year for two other properties,

    AMAZING WORK BY SOPHIE

    Having been working in the property industry for nearly 30 years, it was my time to sell and be a personal client rather than as an estate agent.     Another successful conveyancing experience with Boys & Maughan

    This was the second occasion during 2024 that I commissioned Boys & Maughan to undertake conveyancing work on my behalf. Having had a very positive experience with the firm earlier in the year I had no hesitation in asking Sophie Batten to deal with the sale of my property in Bean. By and large, the process ran very smoothly though there were some issue concerning 'rights of access', Ms. Batten dealt with those in a smooth and efficient manner and kept me fully informed at all times. I had every confidence in what she was doing and was grateful to her for assuring that we completed successfully, and in a timely manner.

    A number of years ago we purchased our first house and used a conveyancing solicitor that was a couple of hundred pounds more than other solicitors.The experience was challenging, stressful, and complicated. After the above and buying our second property Boys and Maughan were recommend by a friend. Sophie and the team are exceptional. We have used their services multiple times over the years, and their friendly communication, expert advice, and extensive knowledge are superb. They make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. We would not consider using anyone else.
