Property Sale & Purchase
Very professional and efficient service.
Communication was excellent at all times and direct email access to Solicitor.
All queries dealt with very quickly.

Not the professional expected or paid for.
Almost impossible to get the switchboard to answer the phone.
Solicitor went on leave and we we not informed. The people that dealt with our sale were not at all professional, didn't return phone calls, often ignored messages that were left.
Spelt our name wrong on official paperwork.
Got the selling price wrong on official paperwork.
All in all not a very pleasant firm to deal with, and an expensive one ! Considering we paid for a solicitor and the work was done by "Assistants".

We have reviewed our records and discussed your transaction with Elliot. Elliot went on paternity leave as your matter ended, and colleagues stepped in to see it through. Elliot has, in turn, spoken to staff at our Ramsgate office about your comments and written to you directly. We have also investigated our switchboard records to see where you may have had difficulties. Our telephone records do not indicate any problems, but we would like to apologise for the fact that you feel it was difficult to get through. We publish direct lines for our lawyers to help reduce the likelihood of this happening. Although we are proud of the excellent feedback we generally receive here on ReviewSolicitors, we also acknowledge that clients are sometimes not fully satisfied with our services. We always aim to learn from those experiences.

Excellent service and good communication
We bought and sold our leasehold retirement flats in Sandwich and Dursley and were recommended to use Boys & Maughan in Margate. I heartily recommend Toni Armstrong, who is the paralegal for Eliot Aish. She went above and beyond to make sure that our difficult sale and purchase went smoothly and she was always friendly and reassuring when things didn't go as smoothly as anticipated. The atmosphere in the offices in Margate were comfortable and warm and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Really supportive
We had a challenging purchase as due to a death our initial chain fell through. Elliot and his team supported is throughout and through the process of finding a new property. They were able to complete extremely quickly on this new property and really appreciated how straightforward and responsive him and his team were - we really apprecaite it!

Brilliant work
Elliot and his immediate team in particular Samantha Saunders have always done a fantastic job on anything I have bought or sold. They work very closely with their clients and ensure even with tricky transactions that everything is covered. Highly recommend using Elliot if you really want a smooth, seamless purchase or sale, with great communication he has always managed my purchases for me.

Would Recommend
