We used Thompson's to help my son receive compensation after being left partially sighted due to an injury at work. I chose Thompson's really just down to their name as it was my maiden name and I'm so glad I did. From the first initial call with Caitlyn to the last I can highly recommend anyone to call Thompson's if you are needing advice on similar incidents. Caitlyn was very empathetic & compassionate towards my son and the circumstances surrounding his injury and was confident that she would be able to help us achieve the correct outcome. We were kept fully informed throughout the whole process and all questions were respected and answered fully. Today we received the amazing news that my sons case went in his favour and he is due to receive a nice sum of compensation for what has happened to him. This wouldn't have been possible without Caitlyn and Thompson's hard work and dedication. We really can't thank you enough for what you have done.
