He was friendly, professional, extremely thorough and explained everything clearly and promptly to us in a way we could understand.
Having the legal matters dealt with efficiently made our move less stressful.

Excellent service
Paul provided first class advice and support as a conveyancer throughout the sale and purchase process. He helped guide us through when our initial sale went wrong and got us back on track speedily when we found an alternative buyer

Simply The Best
From my first enquiry with Paul Zaleski, I felt confident that he would provide and excellent service. He was friendly and very approachable, as was the rest of the team that we had contact with. The purchase of our property had several issues which Paul researched in depth and always answered emails and phone calls quickly. (Usually within hours). His communication was jargon free whenever possible and any necessary legal vocabulary explained. He kept in regular touch with all parties involved and I never felt he was holding up progress. He was very cautious over all issues and eager to find solutions before moving forward. Importantly, he advised us when an issue had no likely solution and explained the financial and time implications for continuing. We hope to use Paul's services again within the next year.

Residential Property
Right from day one we had every confidence in Paul Zaleski. We had several issues which arose from the survey and he was patient and thorough in researching them in depth and was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Importantly, he explained issues using jargon free vocabulary whenever possible, both by phone and in emails. Having sold other properties recently with other solicitors in other locations, I have been impressed with the way Paul kept us in the loop with agents and other solicitors.

Conveyancing
Paul Zaleski at Tozers did the job of conveyancing for the sale of my late father's house. He was helpful from the start, and steered me through the forms and questions that needed to be answered for the sale to progress. Paul was at the end of the phone if I needed his advice, and I would happily use him and Tozers again for this process.
