Sue is a Partner and Chartered Legal Executive working in our Teignmouth office having qualified in June 2005. Sue works with local individuals to support them with the preparation of Wills and lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
Sue enjoys meeting people and getting to know them whilst taking great pride in helping them to achieve their requirements in a friendly and professional manner, where she will visit elderly clients in their homes if they are unable to come into an office.
Sue takes time to make sure her advice is of a high quality and that everything is explained to them in a way which is clear and that they fully understand.
She heads up the Teignmouth team dealing with later life planning and Wills and probate, working closely with Naomi Hoare and Sue Wood. Outside the office Sue is a trustee of the Alice Cross Community Centre, a charity helping the local community. She also sits on the Legacy Committee for Rowcroft Hospice.
Sue has also been recognised in the 2023 Legal 500 directory as a key lawyer in the Teir 4 ranked Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate team.

Excellent and patient service supplied by Sue. Sue was very supportive in terms of waiting for me to sign my will off during at what has been a very traumatic time for me. Great friendly service
I have dealt with Tozers in the past and recently needed advice regarding altering my Will due to a changing family situation. Sue and her trainee were very efficient and kind in sorting out changing g my Will. Every thing was sorted out l then had a letter asking me to make an appoint.ent which l did the will was exactly as discussed and was signed and copies requested sent to me . I am very pleased with every aspect of this mission including the office staff .
