I recently had a legal issue with an existing clause on the ground rent contract on my flat. The clause would have meant an incremental payment increase with time. The letter I received had a lot of legal words and jargon, which was very confusing to understand, as these things normally are. I hired and appointed Grant Saw Solicitors to assist me with the work involved for the Deed of Variation process. They were incredibly helpful and walked me through all the areas of the process I was not clear with. They offered a very professional service and kept me informed with all stages of the process.The service offered by Grant Saw Solicitors was exemplary and I would recommend them.
