Service you rarely get. A while ago we went through difficult times, having to find a care home for Kath’s 93 year old mother, finding and arranging a long term care annuity to fund her care and selling both our own home and hers and relocating from Watford to Poole. We chose a local legal firm for our own sale and purchase, but despite them having good reviews we came to regret our decision. When it came to selling Irene’s home we knew we had to look elsewhere. We mentioned this to Andrew Brackenbury of Keep Trust Planning and he recommended Hine Solicitors at Swindon, who we went with. This proved to be a great decision, and we were lucky enough to have Karen Gleed and Angela Clayton looking after the sale.
