Richard is part of our corporate and commercial team. He advises on large scale corporate transactions, non-contentious intellectual property and directors’ duties. Richard has received national recognition for his work in the area of commercial agency and franchising. He represents numerous national and international trade organisations and associations. Richard also has a particular interest in education, having worked with a number of schools and is the Chair of Governors of a local school. He also provides advice and legal services to overseas companies investing in the UK.
